STAY AND HERD SESSIONS

Stay and Herd sessions are available for herding breed (and herding breed mix) dogs of any age including puppies that have had at least two puppy vaccinations. These are sessions are designed so that you drop off your dog and I work on your dog‘s herding and obedience training without you having to be present. This allows your dog to be fulfilled while you have a break or attend to other commitments.

These sessions are suitable for existing clients that want to have the head trainer progress their dog’s herding and obedience training without having to be present. If you have not used our services before, we recommend you attend our group classes or private lessons first to assess your dog’s suitability for Stay and Herd sessions.

Please read the terms and conditions before booking. Please provide proof of vaccination before your dog attends a Stay and Herd session.

PLEASE NOTE: Stay and Herd Sessions are NOT suitable for dogs with high level dog or human reactivity or aggression.

STAY AND HERD SESSION DETAILS

4 dogs per 3-hour session
9:30am drop off and 12:30pm pick up
Pricing: $165 (including GST) per dog - An $85 deposit is to be paid when booking and the remainder to be paid when you pick up your dog. An additional fee of $22 for cattle herding training. An additional late pick up fee of $11 (including GST) per half hour may apply.

What will your dogs session involve?

Working dog essentials - lead manners, tethering and general manners around other dogs
Sheep and/or cattle herding lessons tailored to your dogs experience and training level
PLEASE NOTE: Your dog’s suitability for cattle training is at my discretion
I will send photos/videos of your dog’s session

Please note: In the event your dog barks excessively while in our care, I may use a barking collar to prevent interrupting our animals and neighbours
